We will work with you individually to help you set your goals and create a plan of action to achieve them. We will train you not only to become a competent and respected REALTOR®, but also a successful one. It doesn’t matter how great you are as a REALTOR® if you have no clients to serve. As your coach and team leader, we will provide you with a consistent flow of leads to follow up on, help you generate your own leads, and provide the training and tools necessary to convert them into clients. You will not be on your own! You will be part of a team with a culture of success. We work hard when it’s time to work so we can enjoy some time off too. We believe in having a work/life balance. You’ll have all the tools and support necessary to make you successful, including leads (30-50 per month), automatic marketing to your leads, an industry-leading contact management system, signs, printed materials with NO monthly fees, Buyer Advantage Program, systems, office space, closing gifts and so much more...
