Andrew's Father and Brother are also in the business so as he likes to say, "it was simply a matter of time before I chose Real Estate as a profession". Andrew's background previously came in Sports and Entertainment, where he managed hospitality services for professional sports stadiums and arenas all over the country. Andrew has called the Lake Norman area home for 10 years. Prior to his career in real estate, Chad was in the education world locally as a classroom teacher for three years and the Athletic Director for two years at a Lake Norman area middle and high school. He was also a Varsity Basketball and Varsity Cross Country coach for the school. The experience with athletics enabled him to connect with area schools, parks, and neighborhoods across the Charlotte area. Chad holds a Bachelors degree in Education with a focus in Social Studies and Communications. Originally from Michigan, Chad left the snowy North in 2008 and hasn't missed the winter-wonderland since moving to the warm shores of Lake Norman shortly after. Chad knows the area well since training for multiple half-marathons and one full marathon have pushed him to run the sidewalks and streets of many Lake Norman neighborhoods. He enjoys working out, traveling, and having a good laugh with family or friends. He prides himself in being discerning, resourceful, and resilient in both business and in life. Chad currently resides in the Northlake Area of Northern Charlotte but has also lived in Mooresville and Cornelius during his tenure in the area.

With a background in health care and small business entrepreneurship, Doug has a vast knowledge of understanding of peoples' needs and desires.     Jeff Arzonico joined ROOST™ Real Estate with a strong background in business and education. A North Carolina native, he has lived around the country, but retains that NC has always remained home to him. Jeff returned to play college baseball and moved to the Lake Norman area to begin his career coaching college baseball at Davidson College. Jeff is an athlete at heart and his motivation, dedication, and work ethic from the field are apparent in his real estate transactions. Jeff has a strong background in sales and marketing from his days coaching college baseball in Davidson and running multiple offices for a national rental car company. The fields may seem disconnected, but recruiting college athletes is actually very similar to working with home buyers. Potential students travel from around the country to see if Davidson is "the right fit" as their new “home” for the next four years. Parents and athletes would always comment on Jeff’s passion for the Lake Norman area and many athletes made the choice to spend their college years here because of our desirable lifestyle. Spending four years in the classroom teaching high school students entrepreneurship and personal finance, Jeff was able to help today’s youth begin to make smart financial decisions preparing them for their future real estate endeavors. Kolleen, on the other hand, found her passion. By beginning her new career at a time when most people viewed the market as "challenging," Kolleen was able to lay a foundation that would set her apart from the rest. Not long after, Mylene became a licensed real estate agent. Her knowledge and experience in real estate expands to mortgage lending, residential building inspections and property management. She hosted her own bilingual home buying radio show and was presented with a syndicated cable show offer. She also owned and operated a mortgage and building inspection company. Mylene has a Bachelors of Science Degree from Park University. Mylene joins Roost Real Estate with a passion for helping others, unlimited patience and a keen sense for the needs and wants of her clients. She is an astute negotiator with the ability to bring everyone together in a pleasant and stress free transaction. On her time away from work, Mylene and her husband Harry enjoy working out, boating, fishing, hiking and traveling. Mylene and Harry live in Mooresville and are involved in the community and church. Through her previous experience, Tammy gained a vast knowledge of sales and customer service—skills she now applies to her current position. Originally from Thomasville, North Carolina, Tammy moved to Mooresville in 2003 after also living in Virginia, West Virginia, and Asheville. According to Tammy, “The Lake Norman area is definitely the best place I have ever lived!” Tammy loves lake living, the small-town feel, the educational opportunities for her daughter and the close proximity to Charlotte. She is an expert in assisting clients get the help and information they need to list their home quickly and efficiently. Tammy lives with her family in Mooresville, NC.
