Andrew's Father and Brother are also in the business so as he likes to say, "it was simply a matter of time before I chose Real Estate as a profession". Andrew's background previously came in Sports and Entertainment, where he managed hospitality services for professional sports stadiums and arenas all over the country.
Andrew has called the Lake Norman area home for 10 years. He specializes in working with those looking to sell a property locally and takes great pride in helping his clients get top dollar for their home. Prior to his career in real estate, Chad was in the education world locally as a classroom teacher for three years and the Athletic Director for two years at a Lake Norman area middle and high school. He was also a Varsity Basketball and Varsity Cross Country coach for the school. The experience with athletics enabled him to connect with area schools, parks, and neighborhoods across the Charlotte area. Chad holds a Bachelors degree in Education with a focus in Social Studies and Communications.
Originally from Michigan, Chad left the snowy North in 2008 and hasn't missed the winter-wonderland since moving to the warm shores of Lake Norman shortly after. Chad knows the area well since training for multiple half-marathons and one full marathon have pushed him to run the sidewalks and streets of many Lake Norman neighborhoods. He enjoys working out, traveling, and having a good laugh with family or friends. He prides himself in being discerning, resourceful, and resilient in both business and in life.
Chad currently resides in the Northlake Area of Northern Charlotte but has also lived in Mooresville and Cornelius during his tenure in the area.
A recent transplant to the Lake Norman area, Cindy spent the majority of her life living in the Grand Rapids area of Michigan. Moving a few years ago to be closer to her two sons, Cindy confesses that although Michigan will always be a special place for her, she does love the weather here in NC. Cindy comes from a family with great ties and a love for the the sport of auto racing. Her father, two brothers, boths Sons, and herself have all worked, or work, in the racing industry. Melding passion with a cause, Cindy volunteers with a children's charity that uses auto racing to raise funds for the Helen DeVos Children's Hospital; which provide opportunities for kids to "forget" their illness, even if briefly, with special events. Cindy's background is in construction and customer service, as she and her husband owned a residential construction business for many years. Additionally, her customer service side stems most recently from working for a company that produced consumer shows. No matter where she is, Cindy brings with her a passion and professionalism that is second to none, making her a great fit for the team at ROOST Real Estate!

With a background in health care and small business entrepreneurship, Doug has a vast knowledge of understanding of peoples' needs and desires. The years of showing her merchandise at the High Point Furniture Market is what originally introduced Kim to North Carolina, and eventually led to her family relocating here from Long Island, NY.

Originally from Thomasville, North Carolina, Tammy moved to Mooresville in 2003 after also living in Virginia, West Virginia, and Asheville. According to Tammy, “The Lake Norman area is definitely the best place I have ever lived!”
Tammy loves lake living, the small-town feel, the educational opportunities for her daughter and the close proximity to Charlotte. She is an expert in assisting clients, offering the help and information needed to list their home quickly and efficiently.
