Leigh joins the ROOST family as a Client Services Specialist. Leigh graduated with a BA in Communications from George Mason University and a Masters degree from Gonzaga University. Before moving down to Lake Norman from the Arlington, Virginia area, Leigh served in the Arlington County, VA Treasurer’s Office as Assistant Deputy for Operations. Prior to moving over to local government, Leigh held various jobs working in the banking industry, most recently with EagleBank, where she held the role of AVP in Business Development. Leigh is a “People Person;” she loves working with people and getting to know them, as well as being involved in the community. She is very excited to join the ROOST™ Team and looks forward to assisting our clients in listing and selling their property. As a Native of Florida, Leigh loves to spend time at the beach – Jensen Beach, FL being her favorite. However, spending the majority of her life in the Arlington/Alexandria area, Leigh also enjoys hiking, traveling and spending quality time with her friends, family, husband and the most adorable poodle in the world, Chloe Poodles. Leigh also has a passion for interior design, which she enjoys from time to time, occasionally with a glass (or two) of red wine. A recent transplant to the Lake Norman area, Cindy spent the majority of her life living in the Grand Rapids area of Michigan. Moving a few years ago to be closer to her two sons, Cindy confesses that although Michigan will always be a special place for her, she does love the weather here in NC. Cindy comes from a family with great ties and a love for the the sport of auto racing. Her father, two brothers, boths Sons, and herself have all worked, or work, in the racing industry. Melding passion with a cause, Cindy volunteers with a children's charity that uses auto racing to raise funds for the Helen DeVos Children's Hospital; which provide opportunities for kids to "forget" their illness, even if briefly, with special events. Cindy's background is in construction and customer service, as she and her husband owned a residential construction business for many years. Additionally, her customer service side stems most recently from working for a company that produced consumer shows. No matter where she is, Cindy brings with her a passion and professionalism that is second to none, making her a great fit for the team at ROOST Real Estate!

Prior to real estate, Denise worked as a cardiac stress technician for over 10 years. She assisted in training, writing policies and procedures and working with patients. Denise feels there is an opportunity to learn something in every life experience. Denise now lives in Iron Station along with her husband and two children. Rose Rich recently joined ROOST as our Executive Administrator. Rose has an extensive background in real estate, having worked as a real estate paralegal in law offices for many years, both in Florida and North Carolina; she has also been a licensed NC real estate broker for more than ten years. Rose is very familiar with the entire home-buying and home-selling process, from before contract to after close, and can handle any issues or problems that may arise. Her knowledge and background of both the real estate side and the financial side of the business make her a perfect fit for our company. Originally from the Syracuse, NY area, Rose spent the past 12 years in the western part of the state, where she managed an Edward Jones Financial office servicing over 600 clients. She was the recipient of many awards in the past several years for customer service excellence, and last year received an award only granted to the top offices in the country. Rose and her husband Michael live in Historic Terrell, NC, have two grown sons (each from a previous marriage) and three “fur babies” -- cats Lucy, Blackie and Ellie. They enjoy traveling, hiking, serving their community through their church, and visiting Rose’s huge Italian family.

Having been a homeowner for many years, Michelle knows the ins and outs of home ownership and the challenges that buyers face as they go through the home buying process. Michelle, husband Brad and their two boys moved from Minnesota several years ago to make the Lake Norman area their home. In her spare time, Michelle is involved in a foster care support ministry that she co-founded and leads; this ministry assists children and families in the child welfare system. Michelle is also an active member and volunteer in her church.
